The table is the light - the lamp is the switch! The Opposite Day table lamp is our first exploration into high-tech furniture. The objects that surround us are being redefined and merged - Your phone is your camera and your roadmap - Where do our everyday objects fit in?
Using LEDs for illumination the lamp acts as a dimmer switch. A rechargeable battery allows the table to be untethered from the wall. A programmable Arduino chip controls the electronics, and allows for software customization.
