This solid wood bench was originally designed / built on commission to accompany a set of Dining Chair No. 6 by Reed Hansuld. The clean lines and floating seat have an understated beauty that promises long lasting comfort and style. The pegged double bridle joinery throughout the bench is time honoured mechanical joinery to insure longevity at a time when adhesives were less then long lasting. Combined with modern adhesives the construction of this bench assures a quality construction that will last for generations.
